Temporary Cracker license

In Chhattisgarh, obtaining a Temporary Cracker License can be applied for by individuals, shopkeepers, or traders who want short-term permission to sell or store crackers during festive seasons within a Sub-District,Revenue Tehsil, Revenue Sub Tehsil and the process can be completed easily through the Sewa Setu Portal.

Applicants need to register on the portal with their personal details or apply through Sewa Setu Kendra/CSC log in, and select the “Temporary Cracker License” service, after which they must fill out the application form.

Upon submission, an ARN (Application Reference Number) is generated, through which the applicant can track the application status, which is generally processed within 21 working days by the Home Department.

Once approved, the applicant receives an SMS notification and can download the digitally signed Temporary Cracker License directly from the portal.
